Thinking of modifying this run to be just a fun short run up to the twistys and back and then going on a longer run Sat, Jan 3. For the short run, Caesars Head? For the longer run meet up somewhere in Gvlle and head to the Dillard House for lunch. I will be checking with them today about times menu.

I think what he really means is if he's not too embarrassed to be seen in public..

i was drawn into this thread out of sheet jealousy at the thought of tolerable tempuratures and passable roads (neither of which are available in Mass this morning).

in defense of the musical artists portrayed in the preceding post I must observe - not bad! I wouldn't think that clip is really suitable for blackmail...

HNY,

The artists are on key and near the tune! Not sufficiently challenging material for their talents.

I double dog dare them to do another - this time "Danny Boy" - and show off those fine tenors...

New Years Day Breakfast at Mimi's Cafe

Here's a couple of pictures taken in the Mimi's Restaurant parking lot today
Notice that William is suspiciously absent, I guess we are even and he can not give me grief about MSSD anymore.

Thanks for the pics!

4 MINIs isn't bad for a day when so many ppl are hung over (or worse, as I'm sure William is feeling today!)

Being one of the "artists" in the vid I can say without a doubt that there is no embarrassment on my behalf. I'm only a sing in the shower or car kind of guy most of the time but give me a mic and I'll gladly belt out a tune or too. You should have been there later for Chop Suey or Take On Me, whew.

I don't take offense at the ribbing either, but next time you'll be up there with me Cabrio, I don't care if I have to drive you home myself, no excuses!

Oh and just so everyone knows I was up at 10:30am on New Year's day with only a slight headache.
