Which dealer?

I normally deal with Hassel in Freeport but I'm getting sick of their BS. I've been dealing with them for a year now and since the start I've had problems with them. They are probably the least responsive to me. Everytime I call they say they will call back, they never do, they give me BS excuses for problems with the car and I'm sort of fed up now.

I'm wondering if any of you from LI have any recommendations for another service department on LI. South Hamptons is too far for me (62 miles) and Connecticut is, so that leaves me with Habberstat and Manhattan. I work in Manhattan and Habberstat isn't too far from me. (I live in Merrick).

Any recommendations would be great!

two of my colleagues get their's serviced at Habberstadt and they say it's fine. My other buddy gets his taken cared of at Hassel and he hasn't had any problems. I'd give Habberstadt a shot.

I am also sick and tired of Hassel they suck real...real...real bad. Eventhough the title is Hassel Mini, if you have a mini you take a rear seat and they give other BMW owners the royal treatment.

I'll agree with that comment...I think us as Mini owners aren't going to find good service anywhere because of our status in the BMW world....we're like the nuisance customers that they "have" to deal with. At least that's how I feel.
