1/11/2009 Sunday 11am Club Meeting at Farmingdale Bowling Lanes at 999 Conklin St. Farmingdale, NY 11735. Here are the directions:

Agenda for the 1/11/09 Club Meeting ;

[ ] Pickup your annual US MINI Club Events Schedule Calendar!
[ ] MINI~Q Fliers/Business Cards at the local Dealerships on the Sales Reps desks!
[ ] Free Bowling Party Prizes Drawing as long as they last.
[ ] Attendance tracking and mailing address sign up including meeting minutes recording by Scott (AKA Erick_Von_Zipper…thank you)
Paid Year End Dinner Party dinner will be awarded to the Club member with the most attendance.
[ ] MINI_Q 2009 May 22nd 2009 – (Only 1 day this year) We need location, Dealers parking lots, Sunken Meadow Park, Roosevelt Field(as per Paul N.), Eisenhower Park, Airport Plaza Shopping Center Parking Lot, Jones Beach parking lots, Local Banks parking lots, any ideas?
[ ] Charities; Habitat for Humanity, Breast Cancer - How to best promote and include these in our events schedule.
[ ] Garage Parties and Dyno Runs beyond February 2009 to be scheduled monthly or bi-monthly on Saturdays only?
[ ] Summer Club Beach BBQ Party at Shelter Island public beach? All day event includes Ferry Ride. (Invite neighboring MINI Clubs MINY) Dealerships to sponsor our Charities.
[ ] Atlantis Aquarium tour. All day event concluded with a dinner at TBD restaurant.
[ ] Group Car Wash and Finishing Party?
[ ] Race Tracks Tours. (Limerock, Pocono’s North, Watkins Glen, Monticello …)
[ ] Bowling Parties, Movie Parties (every other month?)
[ ] Sundays at OBI to show our presence?
[ ] Club T-Shirts with logo? Excel Sportswear http://www.excelsportswear.com

Its actually 1 1/2 hours which is not TOO bad... keep me in mind for anything fun with advance notice... I would make the trek out there...
