Very good concept and likely do-able, too. Except for the floor board. How would he make a floor that's sturdy when expanded, but at the same time thin enough to be compact when the system is folded.

This guys concept is pretty solid. I think he could take it further, though, and at very least make an assumption that there could be a an expandable 360 canopy that would expand around the living quarters while it unwraps.
Always good to see a Mini too.

I completely agree! How about a composite floor i.e. 787 and maybe the floor could fold up to travel! Just thinking...
