Stoptech brakes = WOW WOW WOW!!!

Put the new Stoptechs on the Mini and went to the track this weekend; I cannot say enough about how awesome these brakes are. I had a Stoptech kit on my previous car (heavily modded Audi A4) and liked them a lot but the Mini kit is abosolutely unbelievable.

I ran the kit with Hawk HT10 pads - I highly recommend this combo for anyone interested in heavy track usage. I was going deeper and deeper into the braking zones and could not induce brake fade whatsoever. They just kept getting grabbier and grabbier, and I was running R-Comps. I was braking deeper than every other car on the track, including 911 GT3s and a Carrera GT.

If anyone is looking for a big brake kit, I suggest you give Stoptech a call. You will definitely not be disappointed!
