Powder coated some R112's white, put them on last weekend!

I bought my R53 five years ago, and ever since then, I've been living with the curb rash the previous owner put on its white S-Lites. I love my white wheels to death, so I was really struggling to find replacements that looked good but were also white.

After a lot of looking into OZ's and Sparco's, I decided I actually really wanted to stay OEM, as I think the lines of MINI's wheels are much cleaner. MINI doesn't offer many white wheels, so I decided I would make my own. I ended up buying a set of used R112's, sanding down their curb rash and fixing them up a bit, and sending them off to the powder coaters. I just put them on this past weekend, and I'm extremely happy with how they turned out!

They're going to be an absolute betch to keep clean, but I think it'll be worth it!
(And a shoutout to Joeygonz, who sent me the link to the ad for the wheels. Thanks man!)

Sweat wheels, they complement your white logos and stripes! Your Mini looks mint. Now can you move your Mini so I can look at your gorgeous house?
