New to me...

Got these wheels off Craigslist for $80. Cleaned them up, sanded and rattle-can Rustoleum "Hammered Finish" went on.

The TPMS Sensors cost me more than my wheels.

I wanted 17 inch wheels anyway.

LOVE the new Michelins too.

Just had to share!

I've always been a huge fan of the old legendary minilites design… I read an article years ago that the spokes actually is functional in cooling the brakes.

Good job on finding a great deal on CL!!! Does not come often but when you see one, you just gotta go for it. Once got a FMIC for less than half the retail price locally - can't beat that either.

Thinking of getting a set of conical wheels soon. It's not the same as the s-lites but close enough and I feel it's generation appropriate. I accidentally sold a set of crown spokes a year ago and they're hard to find in the condition I prefer. Regret, regret, regret...

I should have taken "before" pics. They were in sad shape.

That's the reason i went with the "hammered" finish. Hides a lot of evil.
