Hi there. Looking to snag a set of aftermarket TPMS sensors for a winter tire/wheel setup, and I've found some conflicting info when looking at sensors that are available. Car is a 2008 Cooper Hatch (non-S) with factory TPMS. Some (most) of the vendors, including TireRack, show a sensor that has a 433 mHz frequency, while a couple of vendors (like RockAuto.com for the doorman sensor) shows the freq at 315 mHz. Anyone know for sure? Would love to not have to buy OEM sensors at about double the price.

TireRack is correct - it's 433 MHz.

I have a set of TireRack's TPMS sensors on my '08 MCS and they work like a charm. I paid $50/per for sensor and valve, but that was way back in Nov'11.
