I like them, goes really good with a black top, might look weird with a white top. Dust isn't as noticeable...

My laser blue/laser blue CooperS, w/ aero package and the crown spokes (?) in black makes it look slightly menacing. A lot of bright blue, with a little chrome and some black wheels and trim. Just a little of the bad-boy look. I won't show pictures until I have a chance to clean it up. A lot of weekend rain, and that #$%^ bad knee.....

Black wheels really go well with the JCW Aero Kit (since it has black trim) and lowered suspension. I'll attach pix on of these days. The brake dust still there but it isn't that noticeable.

Any MINI with a black roof looks awesome with black wheels, especially if you have one of the aero kits. I'm ordering some black ones as soon as that refund check comes in!

I have the JCW aero kit, just saving up for the JCW suspension and R105s.

Benibiker- Are you using stock/sport suspension with those R105s?

jmnegrin- That's more or less what I'm planning to do but in red

Black wheels go great with a black top. Not so good with a white top.

I LIKE that tough look with the white top and black wheels. I never would have thought of that.

The black wheels on Lolly are pretty when clean, and match the plastic trim when dirty. Win-win.

+1 for black wheels not showing brake dust.

I have black star bullets on mine, and the flat black finish hides dirt and dust. They also go well with the flat black convertible top.
