R90 issue

The clear coat on the lips of my R90's are starting to fail anyone else experience this issue. All I use to clean my wheels is soap, soft towel and water. And I don't live in a place where salt is an issue.

i bought a spare r90 off craigslist and it has this problem. doesnt bother me since its just a spare
