Here at ALTA we have several new wheels in stock that need photos of them on MINIs. Below you will see a list of these wheels, if you buy a set from us after 06/01/2009 and send us some pictures* of them on your MINI we will give you a credit of $40.00.
This is not a contest or anything related as such. Qualified Submitted Pictures will be posted in this thread for all to see. *Submitted pictures are property of ALTA Performance and will be used on sales and marketing materials, web sites and forum boards around the world. Only pictures that are of good quality and that can be used will qualify for the $40.00 credit. For best results take the pictures with a back ground as clutter free as possible. Pictures of your car in the driveway NEVER really look good, so take it someplace nice or "sporty" like a race track. Remember the pictures are to show off the wheels so a good side profile shot, 3/4 shot (front and rear) and one close up showing the fender and whole wheel is desirable. Pictures of the wheels spinning will not qualify. Lighting is important, the wheels MUST be visible.
I am buying this but is there like a time limit because it might take about a month for me to have them over here at mexico xD, (i got US address and bought alta things before)

I think that will be fine! Keep us posted and thank you for the business!
If anybody has pictures of the Twilite wheels in grey post them. I would love to see those. Do red striped wheels look good on any car or do you need some red accents around the car to make it look right?

I'm too lazy right now to get up and go look , but I believe they are 205/50 R16's. Kumho Ecsta ast's.
Later this summer thinking of getting some Dunlop Star tires (Car and Driver just rated them really high) and trying to switch to something like a 215, or hopefully a 225/45 R16.
They really turned out better than I expected. The grey really goes well with the trim. I didn't think a gloss black would look good on mine...and these really turned out nice.

Reason: Additional INformation
Please confirm that:
- The Konig Twilite will fit on a JCW fartory caliper without spacer?
- Can I replace the konig center cap with my oem JCW?
- And the red lips are painted or it's a sticker?

Tnx a lot

***Twilites WILL fit on a JCW factory caliper without spacer!
****MINI wheels use a 2 inch diameter centercap whereas the Konig's use 2.2...you might be able to mod a Konig centercap to use a MINI JCW sticker.
******Definitely paint on this baby!!
Hope this helps! PLEASE let me know if we can be of more assistance!
Those centercap stickers are available at the MINI dealerships...Might save you on shipping! The Twilites require special lug bolts (which we stock) for install. Hope this helps!
