TSW Springs from Way Motor Works work very well on my '05 R53. I have the OEM shocks and struts but will change in the near future. Handling, ride and stance are very nice. Check my Gallery and you'll see a couple pics after the car was lowered.

I believe the image hosting website is not allowing off site linking. Maybe it does?
with KW V2
compare to my previous H&R club kit, it ride a lot harsh but it corner much better. Still playing with the setting now, will see. BTW, the built quality of the KW is AMAZING.
Strip the interior, and get a really loud exhaust.
Rattles are gone, but so is my hearing!

Nice F650 Monster! I was working as a lot tech at my local Ford dealer, and was the only one they allowed to drive them other than management. Perks of having a valid DOT/airbrake card from a previous job.
Great looking MINI too, love those Enkei's.

Got those from Tirerack.com, close out item (very reasonable price). The F650 driver were laughing when I park my car next to him to take that pic.
I sold my red R53 mcs and got this blue JCW last month, so far I love it (even it rattles -LOL)
Happy motoring!
DICKS GARAGE R53 where do you live and when are you leaving the car unlocked... i want that cage!
I live right here in this red circle. The car is always unlocked, but the garage isn't.
Hmm... Google Earth updated their pic's, you can even see my MINI hanging out of the garage, and the Samurai next to it. Not sure whats on the roof of the car? Probably my laptop.
