Wheels for 09 JCW Clubman

I'm looking to get some new wheels for my clubman, preferably 18's but am totally clueless to back spacing and et and all that jazz. I'm really looking to add some lip to my wheels but I don't know how much et I can go before it's too much. Can anyone help?

Here are a few wheels I'm looking at...

The STRs will poke out about 54mm more, on most stock mini wheels* There's a great website that makes offsets really easy
