Team Dynamics ProRace 1.2 18x8 +40
I recently got a set of Team Dynamics ProRace 1.2 in 18x8 +40 from outmotoring.
I am running 225/40/18 Bridgestone Potenza Re-71R in 225/40/18.
My suspension set up is as follows:
KW Variant 2 Inox
Megan Racing adjustable upper and lower rear control arms
NM Engineering 25 mm rear sway bar and endlinks
Powerflex Front control arm bushings with camber adjustment
My alignment settings are as follows:
-1.5* camber, 0 toe up front
-2.5* camber, 0.2 toe out rear
There is a little rub (I am LOW and the Re-71R's run wide. My 225 is closer to a 235/240) but the fenders are self correcting as we speak .
For those who are a little more conservative or not running the lower control arm bushings for the additional camber - I think that a +45 up front and 215 max would be ideal. For those that freak out when they rub a little or have to remove little rubber nubs as everything settles you definitely will not want this.

Your mini looks great with that wheel setup!!
I was thinking of going with 215x35's on an 18x8 et45, you think 215x40's would fit with no rub?? id rather go that route if so.
I'm all stock right now but I was thinking of going with either the jcw sport suspension or just some eibach springs in the future if that matters.

Please let us know once you installed them!

That is a pretty high offset - you will probably need spacers to clear the brakes depending on the depth of the spokes.

I think having a 5mm spacer is doable if there is enough of the hub still showing to centre the wheel if needed
Edit: Rays Volks ZE40's are gorgeous wheels which are similar to Advan RS/RZ wheels but can't see that they do them in 5x112 fitment (see below)

I see it now... good luck with the fitment... I did read some have managed to squeeze in Advan RS/RZ (perhaps with spacer) which is a similar design on a F56 JCW below
I suspect these are 18x7.5 ET48 as mentioned below so will have needed spacers

Apologies if going off topic as this is VolcanicOrangesF56S's TD Pro-Race thread...

I ran 225/40/18 all day long with no issues. Nitto NT01
Now I'm going with 235/40/18 on new NM RSE12.
Offset 45 and will clear big brakes.
This veh has become mostly a track car now.
With the new motor and probably around 300 hp, I felt a slightly taller and wider tire would help with wheel spin and understeer.
I'm actually running the NT05 in rear to help eliminate understeer and NO FSB

With the design of these Volk spokes, it looks like they should clear the caliper.

Thanks everyone! On stock wheel they look nice. Waiting for wheels to arrive and see what tire option we have available.
Only dropped 1.5-2 inches on kW variant 3. Will adjust height once new wheel and tire setup comes in.
Hope the 8 inch width flushes the wheels to the body a bit. This waiting game is killing me!
