Anyone want an air ride build thread?

I'll be putting my bags on the countryman this Saturday and was thinking of making a build thread for it. Seeing how many people would be interested in the build thread before I do it if it's worth the time!

If you build it, they will come.
While I won't ever consider doing that to my car, I (and I'm sure many others) are always interested to see and read about what other, more handy and adventurous types, do to upgrade their Minis. So... Yes, please.

Yeah that's all I have really seen is the airrex one. I'm doing airlift bags with old r56 coilover mounts so I'm hoping I can get a little lower than the airrex CM😏

They're not universal, I bought the set off of a buddy that were meant for a '13 STI. I swapped the STI mounting brackets with my old R56 mounting brackets since they threaded right on. Then for the front, I am using an old pair of top plates and turned them into camber plates and bought new oem mounts for the rear. I can take pictures later tonight

I'll be installing them on Saturday morning so I'll post the build thread either Saturday night or Sunday morning! I'll post the name of it in here and include the link

I have already contacted airlift performance and am waiting for a response, but you guys don't happen to know how to disassemble their bags do you?

Will write the update in the next couple of days but it's finally finished! Just need to modify the fenders

not touching the ground yet. I have to shave the plastic trim and the metal behind it to make it sit lower. Maxed low it's probably 3 inches from the ground. Will hopefully get it to sit on the ground. Crappy picture but you see what I mean
