SuspensionSprings, struts, coilovers, sway-bars, camber plates, and all other modifications to suspension components for Cooper (R50), Cabrio (R52), and Cooper S (R53) MINIs.
im looking to get some coilovers for my mcs, saw that the vmaxx are pretty cheap in price , how do they ride , never had a pair of coilovers on a car , just lowering springs i had in my last car , ride was very bouncy and ****, i have the 17' s lites , wonder how low u can go with them ?
i had to warranty a set after a year due to leaks and broken end links. cheap, normally is cheap.. give us a call and we can give you some options on what is best for your needs. coil overs are race car suspensions and you need to think of it that way. also is it an all year car, or will it see snow, all things to think about.
If you dont want a crappy ride, then dont buy vmaxxs, especially if you are on low profile tires on 17"s.
IMO not all coilovers ride as if they are "race suspensions" alot has to do with valving and spring rates, and with proper set-up some will ride better then factory.
Should have sent it in. The guys at KW are good people. Maybe it was just that kit. Like I have said I sell a good amount of KW and ST without any issues.
