H & R Font Coilover Adjustments

I am not too familiar with adjusting coilovers and I was hoping someone could give me a good explanation of how to adjust the ride height of my front coilovers. I purchased the vehicle with the height slammed and it sits way too low in the front for everyday driving. Could someone assist with providing some guidance as to how to adjust the front H & R Coilovers so I can increase the ride height?

There are 2 lower perches (1 lower spring perch and 1 locking perch). Now to adjust you unlock the locking perch and turn the lower spring perch up which will raise and increase spring preload.

This is the best picture I could find quickly of H&R for MINI

See the black nut things on the golden shock body?

There are 2 (1 lower spring perch and 1 locking perch) they move up and down the threaded part of the shock body.

Thanks! I looked and found them on my Mini. I am going to try and work on it tomorrow so hopefully I will be able to make it work. Is it real difficult to do without putting the car on a jack?

Thanks for the Link! I am a member. I made it to one meeting out on the west side; I have the MC40 JCW Checkmate that is lowered. My fiancee and I enjoyed the meeting but we haven't been to able to make another due to time constraints (newborn baby) . We are going to try and make another one soon; assuming the newborn cooperates
