Question about H&R Street Coilovers.

Does anyone with this coilovers experiencing noise over small and sharp bumps? It sound like "Bloop" it gets louder as the bumps were bigger. It felt like the shocks had bottomed out. On the down-and-up bumps on the highways, it's like the car tries to slam to the ground. Today i took 2 friends in my car and the noise over bumps appears more often. The car dropped at least one inch in wheel gap when my friend got on the car(one sit in the back and other sit on the pass-side) Also parked on a level ground i can put my hands in between the the gap from the rear wheel and arch. But if the car parked on a down hill the gap closed. Does anyone experience this? Are the shocks too soft ,and is it normal or its a defect problem? The suspension installed on for a month with 2000+ miles already and it has this problem from day one. I ordered this suspension from Alta. If it is a defective i can have them replace under warranty i think. Any help is appreciated.
