Clunk after Coilover install

I had BC coilovers installed on my 09 Clubman S. Since the install I have a clunk from the right front suspension. It happens when I hit a small or large bump. If I hit a dip, no noise. I have changed the damping from soft to hard and it does not help. It sounds like a loose part. We have been over the suspension several times checking all bolts and re-torquing. We could not find anything rubbing. Any ideas? My only thought is maybe a bad strut. Thanks

Tighten sway bar links? I had thunk in the rear after installing the bar. Links were not tight enough. I'd also double check that the nut on the top of the strut is snug as well.

how much did you lower your car? i have the kw v2 and it was dumped pretty low and it was making some noise as well. i just raised the car today and took it for a spin. went over speed bumps and high driveways didnt hear any noise. you might want to try that to see if it helps.

I had a 1500 mile trip over the last 4 days and the noise stopped around 800 miles into the trip. I am going to check this week to make sure all is still tight and connected. The plastic fender lip is about an inch from the tire. I am also going to raise it a little, on some bumps the tire scrapes the plastic.

Don't those have camber plates? I have been told those can make sounds. No personal experience here though...

Lost all damping in the strut, contacted BC Racing and they sent me a new strut. Dan swapped it out yesterday and all is well.
