Im looking for a way to lower my 05 R53 without coilovers since i just got a new set of struts. Could anyone point me in the direction of some good springs possibly, and low ones too ;]

If you got OEM ones you won't be happy with the lowering springs as they will greatly shorten the life of the struts and potentially bottom them out as well.
The TSW springs would be my suggestion for strut life.
The MINI only has about 1.5" of compression travel in stock form, and most of that is compressing the bumpstop. Installing lowering springs will create a situation that invites snap-oversteer and mushroomed strut towers, not to mention knocked-out fillings over large bumps. Save your money, sell your stock-sized struts and buy yourself some good coilovers like KW Variant 1's that are designed to sit 1.6" lower than stock while maintaining stock levels of compression travel.
