The Hsport are heavier than the stock ones. But what does it matter? The Hsports will last forever and give you the adjustment the stock ones can't. And if you can install lighter control arms and actually tell a difference you are more in tune with your car than anyone, and should be an engineer for a major manufacture. The weight isn't worth thinking about it.

Answer:
Any non-lithium based moly grease. A Special silicon grease for polyurethane can be purchased from Hotchkis. Item 3101.

I would highly suggest the TSW arms. Beefier, and the grease fittings actually work!!! And the H-Sport bushings are semi known to not lasting long term.

I currently have the H-Sports too...

Also the SPC arms look extremely nice.

I'm a big TSW fan in general... but their arms are so new, no telling how long the more rubbbery bushings will hold up vs. the H-Sport ones. I haven't heard any H-sport failure stories - I'm not sure what "semi-known" means?

I love my H-sports.

"semi-known" meaning it is hit or miss. TSW supported those arms a lot, but after several of their customers cars had bushing failure with the H-Sport is the reason they developed their own.

Guys at TSW are expects with poly at this point lol.

Yes they are new, but they are also a great company from head to toe. They have also been tested for several months on select cars.

I'm not questioning TSW - love them.

Just that I know folks who have used the H-Sport poly bushing arms on their track cars for years with no issues.

Several months of testing is good... but may not indicate what one might see in a couple of years. That's my point.

Little FYI, The TSW Control arms don't have any grease fittings, so you can't say they work better.

And for Hsport control arms not lasting that is 100% untrue. I've been racing on them for years and not worn out one of their bushings, Also that is my most popular brand I sell and I've sold a ton over the years. I've NEVER had a customer not even one have a problem with any of the Hsport control arms. I right now have a customer that has had them upper and lower on his car since 2003, over 150k on his car, and autoX's every other weekend. Hasn't worn one of them out yet. So can't write them off, they are GREAT.

So, nobody is going to weigh them? Not even vendors who have different ones in stock? I get the points you have made, but I'd also like to know the answer to the question.

Helix are most likly the lightest followed by Alta, The H-sports are heavier than stock, so most likely in the 4+lb range and the super beefy TSW are running a little hevier than that. We weighed Helix, alta, stock and TSW but I forgot to right down the weights
