Lower Engine Motor Mount

On a 03 Mini S does not look like the pics i seen of others. Almost like its been rotated 90 degrees wich would have made the job much easier but i eventually rocked the tranny while slipping the mount out to fit the bushing inserts. I later used a pry bar to alow just enough room for the mount to go back in place. A total PITA if you ask me. Anyways some more NVH but less than expected. However the performnce return was much better than expected as now the car feels more crisp and less sloppy as run through the gears. Also if you ever coast in 2nd and just modulate the throttle abruptly but not floor it just kinda make the car squat and dive you will notice how much better the car handles this with the inserts. So on my 120k+ 03 Mini S it has given it a much more refined and connected feel instead of the build up elastic arthitis feeling it once had. pm if ya need any specifics on how i did it on my 03 if you have the same issue I had of trying to find the odd positioned mount removal instructions.

-Josh

Idle has quieted down quite a bit since install but feels just as good. Still louder than stock as far as NVH goes but that comes with the teritory.
