The OEM rubber bushing is toast by 75K more or less. Not replacing this bushing will lead to bad tire wear, wheel bearing issues, vibration in corners and under braking. Spend a few dollars more and upgrade to a set of PowerFlex Bushings for better performance and longer life. For our hardcore drivers think about the Alta Positive Steering Response System.
While it’s not an easy DIY it is something you can do at home. One of the hardest parts is removing the old OEM bushing. We are taking care of that for you at AutoXCooper with the help of our friends www.thecoopershopinc.com Just place your order and we’ll ship out the Wishbone with your desired bushing installed, you do the exchange and send yours back for a core refund. Refund will be given on useable cores. If you know your part/s are broken let us know and we’ll get you a replacement set for the core charge.
