R53 Wiring Help

My '03 R53 has had a water leak due to the the drain hose around the sunroof getting disconnected. Months later I began having some intermittent electrical issues. Most recently It's been going into limp mode and I expect the issues (P1125 TPS and Traction control disconnected problem most recently) is due to the corrosion I've found in the main ~40 pin connector below the fuse box. In addition I have no power at the ODB2 port. I investigated it today and was trying to clean it with an electronics connector and one of the pins broke off.

So, I'm looking for:
  1. Documentation on the wiring diagram to determine what wires I'm looking at
  2. What size the pins are as I need to remove and replace some pins in this tyco connector. Part numbers and retailers would be appreciated as well.

I know the diagrams should be here but most of the links are dead: http://www.bmw-planet.net/diagrams/r.../r50/index.htm

Here is a picture of the connector from realOEM.com

I have an '06 R50 and instead of grabbing connectors (I couldn't find them at all), I opted to just bypass the connector itself. If you have the Bentley manual, it's the intermediate connector X15. I've attached the pages I have from the R50, so I'm not sure if it's the same for the R53.

As for your OBD-II port, the pin 22 on the X15 connector provides power to the port (below the fuse box as you just described). Check for continuity there and bypass the connector if needed.
