I bought these about a year ago and never got around to installing them. I dug them out of the parts bin tonight.

Question - are there supposed to be 4 washers one on each side of the bushings? I was looking at pictures of the kit. Mine don't have any washers in there?

Can I just take the bushings to Home Depot and try to find some washers that work? So odd that mine are missing them.

I just checked them in my "maybe one day" box which is collecting dust in the garage and there's indeed washers in there. I've bought them maybe 2 years ago, but had to replace the whole tensionner as it wouldn't keep its tension. I decided not to bother with them since it was all brand spanking new and keep them as spare parts.

On a side note tho... one of the washer fell off from the bottom when I picked it up and yours may have known the same fate. The package is nice and all, but the washers are fairly thin and can make their way out.

To answer your question, yes you can. They aren't that thick, so just make sure not to go crazy on the size.
