rear pad/rotor change help

Need some help doing rear pads, possibly rotors.

How to
use the c-clamp to allow the piston to rotate; can the piston be pushed back in with the old rear pad still in? What does the 'rotating end' of the c-clamp push on?

How to deal with hand brake cable. Is it an issue?
How to replace rear pad sensor (right rear only). Where is the dang thing?

Private reply requested, thanks

We changed my rotors and pads on my MCS 03/03. It has the sensor on the left front and right rear. the pad for the left front had the slot for the sensor, however, the pad for the right rear did not.

I called Randy Webb and Ferodo and was told to tie off the sensor wire and not worry about it. That is what I did and I have had no problems.
