Recently picked up a used fuel injector tube with injectors to have some backups. Noticed something on the rail I've never seen on mine. It's part number 14 - some pretty robust brackets that fit over the tube:



Anyone else missing this on their R50? I'm pretty sure mine just didn't come with it from the factory...

 

An update on this for anyone who might pass by...

I put the new injectors in today along with the missing bracket, and my fuel rail cover no longer fits! One of the mounting clips is in the wrong spot by about two inches.

I looked up the part number, and there wasn't ever an official change in the part, but there are in fact two versions of the part.

I've attached pictures of the different clip spacing.

Anyone have an extra one with the closer-spaced tabs?
