oil pan odd bolt

Been meaning to ask about this sooner, but recently noticed on the bottom of the oil pan what appears to be a small, slightly angled bolt (may 6 - 8mm? in size). Initially, it looked like somebody screwed up installing it, but on second glance appears to be cast as part of the oil pan. Been trying to find an online picture of one, but can't find one yet. I can photograph this eventually if it doesn't ring any bells. Anybody have any info on this?

Thanks!
Greg

Can actually see it in the Pelican photo (towards left): http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarti...arge/pic03.jpg

Pics?
You could always have modified pan...that has had baffles installed...pictures might help us figure out if it is oem, or a modified pan....
