Fresh air/Recirc not working

Fresh air/Recirc not working
2011 MCS Hardtop.
The AC and heat blend door works, and I can switch from cold to hot no problem. It seems, though, when I push the recirc button, nothing at all changes. No flapish noises, no change in air temp.
It's monsoon season here in Arizona, so the humidity is definitely noticeable. Our car is stuck on "fresh". Is there a way I can switch it to "recirc"? Even if it stays broken, I'd rather have it broken on recirc.
Thanks--

Yes, get yourself a Foxwell NT520 or the NT530 scanner; if the switch is defective on the IHKA/IHKS control module, the scanner can move the position of the flap.

I'll shoot her an email. I dont think the switch is bad, as I can hear the tell-tale click-click-click of the door trying to move from the dash. I can hear it once or twice in our 45 minute commute each day. Once in a while I hear it flap open or flap closed, but it's been a while. Gotta just get in there and try to manually close it.
That scanner is way cheaper than I thought it would be, though...
