Interior Vibration at 1k RPM R53 Manual

I have developed a loud vibration and it can be heard inside the car better than it can from under the hood.
As the RPMs pass 1000 it vibes bad and sounds like it's under the center to right of the dash.
I have looked at everything I can think of and can't find anything, does anyone have an idea what this might be?
It also seems to go away and return depending on how warm it is.
It's driving me nuts.
I have a new Harmonic Balancer installed so that shouldn't be it.
Thanks
Pete

I think they are going bad but the engine isn't moving at all. Usually you will see the engine twist a little and it's not doing that so I don't think that's it.
When I rev the engine thee isn't any movement and the sound is barely noticeable under the hood.
Thanks for replying, I will give them a closer look.

Is it more a sound caused by vibration? What does it sound like? We need more to help.

It sounds like a loud vibration under the dash and it only seems to be around 1000rpm, once I start to move it goes away.
I thought it might be a motor mount but the motor is solid and does not move at all.
The noise seems to be heard better from inside the car.

Let me clarify. Is the vibration low, high, clattering, squeaking, etc. What makes it occur? All engines produce some vibration even when everything is normal. You say it sounds like it’s under the dash. I would begin there. For example, I had a rattle that would occur only at certain rpm. It drove me nuts because the sound echoed as if it was coming from above the dash. I finally rode in the passenger seat and determined that it was the cheap Phillips speaker cone in the door that was rattling. Removed the speaker and no more rattle. It could very well be some component behind the dash that is loose.

It's a low almost knocking/rattling sound, maybe a soft banging would better describe it that make the whole dash sound like it shaking underneath.
I can not feel it by placing my hands on the dash or anywhere on the motor which makes me think its under the dash.

It sounds like the right axle carrier bearing or axle CV joint is failing, unless it happens when you just rev the engine, which could be a failing vibration dampener (thing on the front of the crankshaft, or a bad belt, or belt tensioner.

First determine if it happens when the vehicle is stationary. If so then you can rule out drive train issues. Get an automotive stethoscope, fairly inexpensive, and start listening around under the hood and dash while someone works the throttle to try and duplicate it. Look at the damper on the crank shaft to see if there is any wobble. At only 1000 RPM you aren’t moving very fast so it’s probably something associated with the engine or something under the dash. Have someone drive the car while you sit in the pass seat and listen. These things are evasive but you can find it with enough effort. Get that stethoscope it will help tremendously.
