Hi all...Just got my new MCS/JCW...Triple Black...Really love it...
My only issue is the windshield trim piece that is very loose and has blown off once already...Am I the only one or is this kinda common...There seems to be a gap--like its a little too long and it wont seat properly...I guess its a dealer fix
Thx
Matt

Yeah, it happens. I took mine back to MINI of Charleston, and they had it fixed in like 5-10 minutes. Haven't had a problem with is since. That was almost a year ago.

Welcome to North American Motoring, Matt!

I, too, have a triple black MCS, "Wicked Wanda." Took her on a 10K+ mile cross-country roadtrip when she was a week old and the windshield trim came loose. Shoved it back on, but it wasn't right...about 4 days later it came loose, whipping the sunroof mercilessly! I was in Colorado, took Wanda to the dealership in Denver, where she was repaired under warranty. No problems since.

It's not uncommon, I'm getting ready to drive over to my dealer today to "discuss" this with them.....
