Yep, had the same problem. Our dealer replaced a couple of springs and bushings in the pedal assy. I was skeptical but it's been quiet ever since. Let me know if yours can't figure it out and I'll get a list of what they did to cure mine.

I had the same thing, they replaced something in the pedal assembly....

And it came back within a week.

I think the clutch itself is acting up like it feels like it slips at the same point in the pedal travel that it clicks....

I haven't bothered to take it back sine I live 2 hours away and they didn't fix it right the first time....

Still have hatch rattle...
The suspension noise that they told me was loose lug nuts is terrible and a loud clunk every time I turn...

I wish I had the time to deal with these things...

My Mini, 09 MCS, had the same issue starting at about 2000 miles. I had it repaired at 8000 under warranty. The tech said excessive play in clutch pedal pivot caused pedal to contact master cyl. They replaced the clutch pedal, pin and bushings and the pedal no longer contacts the mstr cyl. Hope this helps.

My clutch pedal clicks when I lift my foot off of it. Sounds like a spring snapping, probably as mentioned above. I was going to have them check it when I get to the first service interval.
