Steering wheel vibrate on my MINI?

i dunno if dealer took out my shock suspension. but after i got it serviced for overheating, my car drives funny. meaning, i can feel every li'l bumps in the road. my car does not drive flawlessly anymore. and now while im on stop signs i can feel steer wheel vibrating. i also test and let go of wheel to see if it drives straight as it shld and it leans left or right. i shld say im currently on road trips and has added 4k miles and still going in a matter of 2 mos. according to service report they fix the coolant leak and did scheduled multi pt. inspection. oh the reason i sent it to service is coz engine fan keep running even without key in ignition. well they solved it but now my car doesn't drive the way it used t0. and i don't like the feel of it anymore while on the road. am i just being paranoid about the dealer taking out parts? i also shld mention, i had my tire rotated b4 my trip but i have yet to get the wheel balanced. do u think that's the reason? thanks much.

Additional Details
oh can u recommend a good DIY ding remover or a cheap paintless dent remove service in vegas. thanks

i ask coz there is a complaint about that dealership from some1 where he said they always return his car with the tire flap/guard messed up even if he said there is no reason for them to touch it at all.

i am talking about desert MINI of vegas dealer.

i am really beginning to think that they took something. there is now a VERY diff feel in the way my MINI drives. u know the FEEL of the road when u r driving is gone also when ur driving the curve? it does not feel tight .. in other words the drive like a kart feel is gone. is there a particular part of MINI or only found in MINI that does that?

thanks.

Sounds to me like the tire rotation may have caused the steering problem, also check the pressures and the balancing as that can give you a vibration. I would doubt they took anything out of your car,,
