I get this weird sound when I go over uneven terrain (i.e. going over a speed bump diagonally, thus 'twisting' the body of the car).. It's more of a 'clack' than a rattle.. somewhat closer to a click.
It certainly appears to be coming from the boot latch. I have tried a couple of things but don't want to make things worse. Has anybody else had this problem? If so, what's the solution?
wayne290, thanks for the recommendation. I already tried that and didn't have any impact on the noise. As I mentioned it is more of a single 'clack' that a rattle.. I believe I had this problem in a SUV, but I never tried to fix it...
