No Radio, no HVAC, and wipers going crazy

Just yesterday my wipers started on their own. They would start then stop. The stalk still has all its functions. Then the radio would cut in and out. It would work for long periods, then flicker on and off. Now the blower fan comes on and off and when this happens the center portion indicating temp and fan speed would be blank, then come back on.

After work, I started the car and now the entire HVAC controls seem to have no power. When the lights are on their is now backlighting and the radio is completely dead. Wipers still have a mind of their own!

Disconnected battery. Nothing. all fuses intact. All relays operate properly.

Anybody else have problems with this? Any ideas?
