Wheel arch snaps broke. Needs help.

Noticed this on the car today. Had to of happened when I ran it through a car wash for the first time the other day. Not like I can take it to them and complain now. Check the photos. I'm assuming Mini would not fix this under maintenance right? Any idea where I can order these snaps? Can I just just use a few tiewraps on this thing?

Suggestions?

Thanks!
-Gene
