High pitched squealing sound from water pump area

Just made an appt to bring in my 08 MINI S for the 3rd time. When it's hot and a/c is on there is a high pitched squealing sound in the area of the water pump. I don't know why they can't fix it! Perhaps its the belt? Supposedly they replaced the whole thing last visit. Has this happened to anybody else? Thank you.

sounds like a glazed belt. water pumps generally dont squeal like a stuck pig.
