First the Window, Now the Head Lights

My passenger window has been acting up: hits top then retracts (false pinch reaction), not dipping, not auto up.
This morning, the headlights came on when I started the car and can't be turned off; the daytime running lights were apparently turned on!

Are the windows and lights tied together by a common module?

I'm not used to modules failing-usually it's a sensor.

This may be a dumb question, but did you switch key fobs? Some options are linked to the key being used. If not, turning off the DRL option is fairly easy, but the dealer will need to explore why it happened.

The keys are programmed silmilarly. The DRL problem went away after I fooled around with the settings, but I'm not sure if it was a result of anything I did since the DRL option was indeed already 'off'. They replaced a 'footwell' module and supposedly reprogrammed all the modules, which supposedly took 3 hours.

Anyway, it works fine now! They gave me a loaner, changed front brake rotors and pads and I'm a happy camper.
