Supercharger Oil Capacity

Does anyone know how much oil goes in the supercharger (both the pulley side and the water pump side, respectively???). I have my supercharger out as part of my 50k maintenance check, but I am wondering how many ounces of supercharger fluid on each side. (On the pump side, I only got about half an ounce out... )

Let me know and thanks in advance.

supercharger oil

I don't know the volumes you are looking for though you may try PSE Super Chargers. They rebuild and blue print super chargers. Their phone no# is/was (877)349-0790 and their e-mail address is/was boostusa@sbcglobal.net. The is/was part is relative to the fact that my info is 3 years old. I had them do their magic on a super charger for my mini.

And the answer is...

k-huevo -

Thanks for the info. I read that thread and somehow missed the answer.

Recap: use GM part number 12345982

6 ounces on the pulley side.
2 ounces on the waterpump side.

Reservoir plug torque: 8ft-lbs

Again, thanks....
