Sorry about your problem but how can they fix it by looking at photos? I agree with the service dept on this one, unless they look at it they can't fix it from a distance? You want them to use telepathy?

Long story short, car ran out of gas w/ 3 ticks illuminated and 5 miles. Dealer found both sensors to be defective and they were replaced. Even got a 2010 MCS convertible to drive around in for the day. :-D
