Power Door Lock Question

My 2004 Coopers drivers door power lock started acting odd this weekend. At first it worked fine all morning, then it started locking only but not unlocking, then it won't work at all. I've tried the key fob and the dash switch.

Any ideas???

Sounds like the dreaded actuator. You can find lots of information here in this thread:

Same problem here on an 03 MCS driver side. I was able to change out the actuator myself with a little help from NAMers. Before you buy a new one from your local MINI dealership, check with Classic BMW, he's on the NAM vendor list and will give you a good discount on parts. Service is good also.
