I left right before the start of the rally and set up a video camera and tripod about a quarter of mile from the start. Just as I was ready to hit record, I realized that I had the wrong tape in the machine, and no spare tapes with me.
I was not happy! I did however, join that back of the line, and followed along for a great 40 minutes or so until I had to break off to make it back to St. Louis for an 11:00 football game.
