Just in case you hadn't heard, they are changing the MO plate next year and I received something in the mail from dor.mo.gov which essentially said 'want to keep your personalized plate next year? log in and let us know that' If your plates don't expire in next 9 months it may not apply to you but something for you all to watch for in the mail.
You'll get the "bluebird" plate which came out in January of this year. Some of us already have had to secure our personalized plates that expired in '09.

If you log on and tell them that you want to keep your plates the DMV will let you know when your replacements are ready to be picked up.

I got the letter a long time ago, in spring, and got my new plates last month. They're just the new ones that came out previously for the non-personalized plates.
