Oil Service - GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Some may remember, others not. I purchased an 06 Mini S last summer (single owner, extended service plan). I took the car in for a service and asked Rick if the guy(s) would look the car over for any warranty work that could be done. They did, and they found an oil leak at the cooler and oil pan. Both were so minor I didn't have any knowledge of the leak (no drips in garage).

Got in a loaner and left the car there. It was then that I noticed how nice and flush the mini wing was on the steering wheel hub. I called Rick and asked him to look at mine. The edge of the wing pointing toward the passenger side was lifted off the hub.

Rick calls me back and they replaced center part of the steering wheel which involved replacing the whole airbag system!!!

I could not have been happier!!! Cudos to STL Mini!!!

Here, Here

I have never had any problems with the service at STL MINI, they have always gone above and beyond when I have had my car in for service.
Thanks for reminding me, I have to get my car in for an oil change before I leave for "HIGH PLAINS MOTORING" to Mount Rushmore.
P.S. Just take the new MINI to STL MINI, the Classic goes to J & W automotive for it's service.
Cheers,

Similar experience with Rick. I was going in for some maintenace and had a brain fart and scratched the passenger side mirror cap. By the time I finished retelling the tale to Rick he had one of the guys come over and "pop"/"snap" I had a new one.

Those guys rock!
