Houston MINI Motoring Society - Zamudio Valentines Rally (Feb 12th)

I currently have 5 routes, but will whittle those down to 3 or 4 by Saturday morning. I have several questions, of which correct answers will count as bonus time that can be applied to your driving time (to subtract or add to get closer to the target time).
I've spent several days driving and planning all new routes, so it should be new to everyone, even if you participated last year.
Start location: Spring Creek Park in Tomball - the same location as the CooperSpeed Hornet Rally. 15012 Brown Road, Tomball, Texas, 77375.
Start time: 9:00am.
End time: Whenever you complete the route of your choice (typically around noon to 1pm)
Driving distance: ~105 to ~150 miles
Driving conditions: No dirt or mud roads; mostly smooth and paved. Depending on the route chosen, you may encounter some bumpy roads, but very few potholes to dodge.
Food: lunch will be provided at the dining facility in the Stephen F. Austin Historical Park.
Cost: Free for HMMS members (except for the park entrance fee). Park entrance fee is $3 per person age 13 and over. Non-HMMS members are asked to either join (at the park), or make a small donation to help pay for the food. HMMS membership is $25 for the calendar year (ending December 31).
