Just had a meeting with MINI of Nashville and a fellow MINI enthusuast last night and we are going to try and form a Nashville area club. Looking for people who'd want to join, and more importantly, to help get the ball started. I've had some experience with forming enthusiasts clubs in the past, but to be honest it was almost always by myself and they startups were less than successfull. I learned a lot in doing so but we definitely need more people involved from the get go.

The club will be a "not for profit" affair, and I think we have that part preety much covered, but input is needed and legwork required to get this going.

We need people who are willing to really help get this going. Web design, organization skills, event planning, etc... evrything is needed.

Even a name is needed..... Music City MINI is the one currently on the top of my head. and the domain name is available, but I can't do it alone.

Contact me at the email address below and let's get this started!

Nomalizer, I sent you an email a little while ago. I forgot to mention that I am in Bellevue Cruisers car club. Its just a club of cars from hot rods to ricers that gets together every Saturday evening. They welcome other, model-specific clubs(Z, Corvette, etc.) to come to their cruise-ins. I could mention maybe a few MINIs coming if our MINI club gets going. Just a thought, let me know if ya need anything.

where do you meet? I remember seeing something roped off at Bellevue Center Mall last year but it looked fairly big and orgainized, not just a "get together." Was that you guys?

I'm just down the road, a couple blocks from the Hwy 70 and 100 split, so that would be easy for me to swing by....

Yep, thats us-at Bellevue Mall. We meet every Saturday, i think beginning at 5 pm. Our first cruise-in is Saturday the 17th. It would be great to have another MINI there- especially one with The Works! Its pretty fun, they have raffles and music. There are quite a few old hot rods and stuff. basically if you are a car enthusiast, no matter what the car, you can come. I hope to see ya there, let me know if I can help with anything else.
