Jacksonville Area Body Shops

Hi,
We are new to the Jacksonville area and need a GOOD body shop to repair our '07 Mini S back to new standards. Any suggestions on who to call?

Thanks!

Tom Bush Mini Body Shop

I had my 09 JCW Convertible in there for almost a month, every time I called and asked on a vehicle status, they would tell me that they would check on it and call me back right away, never receive phone call back. I dealt with William, he doesn't know what he is talking about just lies. Talked to manager Rob and he is just as bad as Will. Empty promises and lies, I have no clue when my car is going to be ready, besides that I asked for an estimate to install sports stripes, rear fog light and sport antenna while the car is in the bodyshop, never got that either. I was promised to get pictures of the repair process, insurance approval estimate, NEVER GOT ANYTHING! Rental vehicle coverage will expire in few days. I did not spent 36 thousand dollars to be treated like that. I'm reporting that body shop to BBB, Writing letter to Tom Bush and will deal with a higher MINI representatives.

I too had a very bad experience with them. Quickly, I set the appointment for an estimate, arrived on time and waited over 45 minutes for the estimator who was in a meeting, & finally asked why exactly they asked that I set an appointment? The receptionist apoligized of course, but I set the appt. because I had other things to do rather than wait. They were rude on the phone & basically acted like they were being put out by repairing my car. However they were interested in trading it for a newer model-go figure... I ended up having a body shop in Kings Bay do a wonderful job on the car for $500 less.

Sorry to hear you too have had this happen at Tom Bush. I thought seriously at the time about complaining, assumed it was useless, and decided I would take my car to Atlanta for repairs before EVER going there again. I believe the trip would be worth it for better service.

re to SAMiniS

Just got back from jacksonville, a bunch of bulls*t i have heard today about my car, they told me that my bumper is painted already and all they waiting for is to put the final part on and that's it, on the way back from the shop i saw my rear body panel, bumper and the trunk lid with my licence plate on on one of the shelves, bumper was scratched and dirty, I totally lost it.... I told Rob: You just told me that the bumper is painted already.. he claimed that its not my bumper, i was so on it, I said ok, show me where is my bumper... i can recognize my bumper with a scratch on it, I'm so sick of this place. I dont know what I've done to deserve it. any suggestions whom should i complain to? I'm gonna wright to BBB and bmw North america.
