Excellent Buying Experience with Chris Yuseco

So... the Mini bug bit me a few weeks ago, and I decided that I must have one...

Here's a summary of my wonderful buying experience with Chris Yuseco at South Bay Mini:

It was Saturday morning, and to save some time, I decided to email each and every Southern California Mini dealership with the specs of the MCS I wanted.

Within a half hour of my email, I received a phone call and email from Chris letting me know of several matches South Bay Mini in stock. To be fair, a couple other local dealerships also replied to my email within a couple hours.

Throughout the entire day, I exchanged numerous emails with Chris. He was extremely patient and professional in replying to my OCD questions regarding various color combination and options. We settled on a discount I would receive off the MSRP even though I was still unable to decide on a specific vehicle.

The next morning, I called Chris and told him I would like to come down to see the MCSs in person. Because I lived in Orange County, I also wanted him to get my credit approved before I drove all the way down there. He checked my credit immediately and called me back within 20 minutes to let me know everything was a go.

I showed up at the dealership a couple hours later and he had the MCSs I was considering ready for me. Within a couple hours of my arrival, I was driving home in my new baby.

This was definitely the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Chris was straight-forward and professional throughout the entire process (none of that BS about how even though the economy is down, MCS were still selling at way above MSRP like the sales person at another dealership told me when I test drove the car).

Since my purchase a couple weeks ago, I've continued to email Chris with questions on places to go to dress up my baby. Without fail, Chris is always there to answer my questions and provide his opinion.

(Btw, two days after I purchased my MCS, I finally did receive replies from three other Mini dealerships.)

A smooth, stress-free, and pleasant experience. Definitely worth the drive (by drive, I mean driving by 3 other Mini dealership on my way to Chris). Highly recommended. Well done, Chris.

Gald to hear of your positive dealer experience. My purchase of Capt'n Jack back in January was also good for me. Welcome to NAM-land, you will find a lot of min info on this forum. I'm sure you are smiling as you motor, right?

Thanks bigsoup52. You're absolutely right! I've spent countless hours on NAM over the last couple weeks. Needless to say, I'm getting nothing done at work
