Sorry, bad experience at South Bay

I was looking to buy a Mini from South Bay because of the great reviews and its location. I made an appointment to test-drive the JCW ahead of time.

When I got to the dealership, I was helped by someone who didn't seem to know much about Mini's. We walked around the lot looking at JCW's for no reason because I knew I wanted to custom order one. It seemed like he was trying to convince me to buy a JCW from the lot. After all of this, he brought me back to his desk, which was in BMW, and then I had to wait. I just walked out after that. The customer service was horrible.

On the same day I drove to Long Beach Mini hoping I would get better service from them. When I got there I asked to test drive the JCW, and I immediately drove one. The advisor answered all of my questions, and I later placed my order through Long Beach.

So did I. I ordered mine from Long Beach as well.
I am sure South Bay tries their best to please everyone, but I know that it is not possible. You just wait till to get an oil change at the SB. They will quote you $350 for oil change without a blink. How could they justify that? She didn't even explain why the oil change costs $350. Anyway, I got my oil change for $79 at Johnny's.
