I went to pick up my new Mini Tuesday the 11th. Chris Yuseco is my MA and has been a top stellar performer since ordering- answering all my little inane questions about options, choices, handled my roof color changes, rally light changes, all that happy horsecrap that makes 99% of MINI owners completely insane little bridezillas that we are, but Chris handled it all with ease.
"Not a problem." he'd say.
I went to pick up my car- the car exactly as I ordered, top notch detail, looked beautiful, no dings, no issues, no hidden cost, at times, Chris seemed more stoked for me about the MINI and that's cool. I know MINI owners are a breed unto themselves, but now cool to be a part of that community that loves MINI's so much.
Transaction was simple, easy and before I knew it, I was sitting in the car driving off. With a big damn smile on my face the whole way home.
I recommend Chris 110%- stellar customer service, straight and honest guy, always there for his clients and a top notch classy guy. Anyone who is interested in MINI's (4 people at work now, LOL) I am recommending they go to Chris because he's great at his job. More importantly, he loves MINI's and that carries over into his job. His job must be fun for him seeing people so excited about the car he loves. Hell yeah!
Of course, first night Im in the garage, babying my new ride with a cloth and decided to take some quick snapshots. Damn, that's one fun car to drive.
LOL! This makes people cringe, but I had to go badgeless.
